The contest of composing posters to communicate the election of members to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term which is organized by the Department of Culture, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism from November 9 to December 31, 2020 has received more than 400 works of authors from all over the country to attend. The Organizing Committee has selected and awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 8 consolation prizes and 1 movement prize. Most of the works submitted for the competition were judged to have met the content and theme requirements and had high artistic quality. Through images and profound messages, the works have introduced and widely communicated to cadres, party members and people about the meaning and importance of the election of members to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the term 2021-2026; achievements of our country after 35 years of renovation in all fields of social life as well as efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges, especially the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic in the past time.

Also, communication about the Party’s and State’s guidelines and viewpoints on leadership and direction on the election of members to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; achievements gained by the National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels over time; affirmation of the inheritance, promotion of the innovative spirit of the National Assembly in legislative activities, supervision and decision on important issues of the country; contribution to the successful implementation of the objectives and tasks of national construction, development and defense.
In addition, the posters have contributed to communicating patriotic emulation movements and election celebration activities throughout the country, especially in border areas, islands, disadvantaged areas, and ethnic minority areas; and promoting the spirit of unity, working together, taking advantage of all opportunities and advantages, overcoming difficulties and challenges, continuing to lead the country to develop quickly and sustainably in the new period.
