Hà Nội leads national bow championships 2020

Taking place from 13-21 November, after nearly 10 days of competition, the national bow tounament ended up with the championship belonging to Ha Noi’ team with 13 gold medals, 10 silvers and 10 bronzes. The runner-up is Vinh Long’s team with 11 gold medals, 6 silvers and 3 bronzes. Ranking third is Thua Thien-Hue’s team..

The runner-up is Vinh Long’s team with 11 gold medals, 6 silvers and 3 bronzes. Ranking third is Thua Thien-Hue’s team with 3 gold medals, 2 silvers and 1 bronze.


The national bow tounament 2020 attracted 175 athletes from 19 provinces, cities and branches namely An Giang, Bắc Kạn, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu, Đắk Lắk, Đồng Tháp, Hà Nội, Hải Dương, Hải Phòng, Kiên Giang, Ninh Bình, Phú Thọ, Quảng Ninh, Sóc Trăng, Thanh Hóa, Thừa Thiên – Huế, Hồ Chí Minh City, Trà Vinh, Vĩnh Long và Vĩnh Phúc. At the tournament, the contents for competition include individual, men’s singles, women’ singles, the whole team by mono string bow and three string bow at differrent distances. Of which, there are 92 bow players competing in the content of mono string bow and 83 ones in three string bow format. This 2020 tounament was organized with a view to judging the players’ level, taking it as a basis to select the best ones for upcoming international tournaments as SEA Games 31 and Asian Bow Championships. At the same time, through it, it is also aimed at re-judging the level of organizing and operating capabilities among the service staffs and umpires for the upcoming tournaments.
