The Chairman of the City People’s Committee assigns Departments and Branches of Internal affairs, Culture and Sports, tourism, Education and Training within the scope of State management to preside over and coordinate with related units in preparing the draft decision to announce the amended and supplemented administrative procedures according to the simplification plan approved in this decision, and submitted to the Chairman of the City People’s Committee, preparing a draft proposal for amending and supplementing regulations on administrative procedures in legal documents by competent authorities according to the content of simplification plan.
