In the urgent time and complicated development of the pandemic, to improve the effectiveness of propaganda on prevention of pandemic, the Agency of Grassroots Culture sent an email to more than 20 artists, inviting them to make works in this regard.
The deadline for submitting paintings is 5:00 PM, March 15, 2020. Size of painting: 54cm x 79cm, quantity: not limited.
After the deadline, the Organizing Committee will invite the Judges and Advisory Board to approve the paintings. The Organizing Committee may use the selected paintings to conduct propaganda about prevention of the pandemic in localities across the country in any way.
After finishing the selection, the Agency of Grassroots Culture will print out the qualified paintings and send to wards and communes of big cities such as Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. For the remaining provinces and cities, paintings will be delivered to districts. Also, the Agency will make discs of paintings samples and send to localities to propagate and raise people’s awareness in the prevention of pandemic.
