In celebration of the 12th National Party Congress, on the evening of 20th January 2016, at the outdoor stage of Giang Xa hamlet, Tram Troi town of Hoai Duc district, Ha Noi Department of Culture and sports held a mobile propaganda programme for the local people. Under the theme in praise of the Party – Country – Spring, the programme consisted of various specially selective sing and dance performances meticulously arranged, which had imbedded in the audience with deep emotion and great impression, hence inspiring loves for their homeland and country in the masses
