The People’s Committee of Cau Giay District has just issued Instruction No. 67-HD/BTG on cultural and arts activities 2020 in the district. Accordingly, the District Propaganda and Education Committee has developed guidelines, directions and orientation of culture – arts work in the Propaganda and Education system in the district.
