On the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the World Human Rights Day (10/12/1948 – 10/12/2017), Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports has issued a plan to organize dissemination activities on human rights focusing on the celebration and promotion of the World Human Rights Day. From 05 to December 12, 120 banners on the dissemination on the World Human rights such as: “Celebrate the 69th anniversary of the World Human Rights Day (10/12/1948-10/12/2017); “Live and work in accordance with the Constitution and Laws, contributing to protect and promote the human rights, basic rights and obligations of a citizen”; “Human rights is the common value of nations”; “Preservation of human rights attached to political stability and social order and safety” shall be hang on 12 routes of the downtown.
Honor the Human Rights Day
On this day in 1948, the United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration for Human rights applied to all of us. It was a significant milestone when building a freer and fairer world.
The dissemination activities shall be organized solemnly, ensuring the safety and effectiveness in order to raise the awareness of the masses of cadres, party members and the masses about human rights; the active participation in the protection of human rights, etc.
