Accordingly, following the Plan 167-KH / TU and Scheme 28-DA / TU of the Standing Board of the City Party Committee, based on the new development of the COVID-19 pandemic in the City and the conclusion of the Meeting of Standing Board of the City Party Committee dated March 9, 2020, on the organization of activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the City Party Committee’s founding under the city’s situation of epidemic prevention and control, the Standing Board of the City Party Committee announced the organization of several activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the City Party Committee’s founding as follows:
Some activities are suspended, including meeting the leaders of the City over periods, 90th Anniversary of the Founding of City Party Committee, scientific seminar “Hanoi City Party Committee – 90 years of building and development” which will be held at an appropriate time by 2020.
Regarding “Heart” Art Program to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the City Party Committee, video recording and broadcasting on television will be implemented, of which the films about 90 years of the City Party Committee shall be launched. The Photo Exhibition’s opening will be held with the appropriate number of delegates.
The Standing Board of the City Party Committee assigned the Hanoi City Propaganda and Education Committee to coordinate with the concerned units in advising to organize the 90th Anniversary on Monday morning, March 16, 2020, with the appropriate scale, and City Party Committee’s Office to coordinate with the concerned units in advising to organize the Inauguration ceremony and hanging the sign of the City Party Committee’s Head Office – the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the City Party Committee with the suitable number of delegates.
