Celebrating the 46th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2021) and International Labor Day on May 1; welcome the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the term 2021 – 2026; towards the 10th Capital Sports Congress, recently, at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Bac Tu Liem district, the sports tournament for employees, laborers and armed forces in 2021 was opened.

Attending the tournament were nearly 400 athletes from 28 units including wards, agencies, schools and district armed forces, competing in 8 subjects in the program of the 2nd Bac Tu Liem District Sports Congress, including Human chess, tug of war, tennis, table tennis, football, badminton, volleyball, the New Hanoi Newspapers Run Tournament.
The Organizing Committee presents prizes to athletes with outstanding achievements.
After the opening session, the athletes competed in 2 subjects: Tug of war and tennis. As a result, the tug-of-war at the ward level: Minh Khai ward won the first prize; Thuong Cat ward won the second prize; Xuan Tao and Tay Tuu wards won the third prize. Tug of war for employees: 1st Special Forces Brigade won the first prize; Lien Mac Kindergarten won the second prize; Dong Ngac Kindergarten and Phuc Dien Secondary School won the third prize. Contents of men’s doubles tennis at the age of 18 to 40: the first prize belongs to Hanoi University of Industry; content over 41 years old: the first prize belongs to the District Administration. The remaining competitions of the Tournament will continue to take place until August 2021.
