On the morning of the 18th April, Ha Noi library held a talk show on the theme of “Uncle Ho with kids” on the occassion of the 127th Anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh Birth Day (19/5/1890 – 19/5/2017), with the participation of writer Le Phuong Lien and pupils of Trung Vuong basic Secondary School.

Speaker Le Phuong Lien – a former Head of Children Literature Committee of Viet Nam Writers Association who have had many works written on President Ho Chi Minh as well as to Children. At the talks, writer Le Phuong Lien shared with the kids on the stories linked to circumstances that gave bith to the literature works, poems, famous songs of Uncle Ho and especially her memories and passsion whenever she had a previlege to meet President Ho Chi Minh. Through the topical talks, Ha Noi library hoped to furnish the pupils with a closer exchange space so as to listen, share their own thoughts, gain an access to the excellent literature works, understand more and dedicate more love to President Ho Chi Minh – who always devoted his sentiment and love for kids and children.
Also during the occassion, Ha Noi library prepared a theme reading room on “President Ho chi Minh – National salvation hero, world’s cultural figure”, displayed a dn introduce to readers over 100 books written on Uncle Ho, lasting from the 16th May till the 24th May, 2017..
