Five more historic relics have recently been ranked by Hanoi People’s Committee are Tong Lenh communal house and pagoda historical relic in Tong Bat commune – Ba Vi district (under the Decision No. 1299/QD-UBND); Tong Thai communal house and pagoda historical relic in Tong Bat commune – Ba Vi district (under the Decision No. 1300/QD-UBND); Thich Ca pagoda historical and artistic relic in Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district (under the Decision No. 1319/QD-UBND); Mieu Duoi historic and artistic relic in Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district (under the Decision No. 1302/QD-UBND); Dinh Thon Ha historical relic in Hong Phong commune, Chuong My district (under the Decision No. 1301/QD-UBND).

As stated in the decisions, Hanoi People’s Committee strictly prohibits any activities related to the construction and exploitation within the areas of these five relics. Any need for special use of land in the areas must be approved by Hanoi People’s Committee. The Department of Culture and Sports, and People’s Committees of districts, wards and communes be responsible for managing the relics in accordance with provisions of law and Hanoi authority.
