In addition, the Department of Culture and Sports has issued the Document No. 123/SVHTT-QLDT on strengthening the management, protection and promotion of relics in the City. In which specify that in order to strengthen the management, protection and promotion of the value of relics in the City, the City Department of Culture and Sports requested agencies and units involved in the management of relics, People’s Committees of districts, towns to strengthen the fire prevention and fighting before, during and after the Western New Year, Lunar New Year in Spring of Dinh Dau 2017; To pay attention, direct the functional divisions, the concerned agencies and units and the masses to inspect and review relics in order to intensify the fire and explosion prevention and protection measures, and relics, antiques theft prevention, ensuring safety, security and order for relic site;
To organize cultural and religious activities at the relic site to ensure a civilized lifestyle; customs, cultural behavior in line with fine customs of the nation, each region, each locality. To instruct visitors and the attendants not to put money on the altar or put money on objects, which affecting the dignity of the relics, especially during the festival, the Lunar New Year; To collect incense, candles, money, money merit in the relic sites with many visitors (especially the beginning of New year) to ensure the beauty, the solemn place of worship.
To arrange garbage dumps, mobile garbage cans, toilets to ensure environmental sanitation and relic landscape space; To arrange the shops, services, parking lot reasonably not to adversely affect the architectural space of relics and religious beliefs activities of the unit and visitors;
