Determining the importance of building family culture in the development of cultured villages, as well as the movement of Entire People building a cultural life, Van Phuc commune has stepped up propaganda and called on local people to abide by the Party’s orientations, guidlines and the State’s policies and laws. Besides, the commune has also encouraged villagers to strengthen solidarity and help one another develop economies for hunger and poverty alleviation, building of cultured families, village as well as residential areas.

The commune steering committee for the entire people involved in building a cultural life has closely held onto the commune’s plan and guidance on implementation of the movement of the entire people involved in building a cultural life; formulating periodical plans and realizing specific targets. In 2018, there were 1.669 cultured families, accounting for 95.3 % of the total households; in 2019, there were 1.687 households registered to be cultured families, comprising over 93.1%.
It could be affirmed that the movement of Entire People building a cultural life in Van Phuc commune has brought about practical impacts on the multifaceted areas of social life, thus attracting a large number of people from all walks of life to actively respond and participate. The spread of the movement has not only helped create positive changes in the public’s awareness, but also linkages among families and ancestral families. As the result, it has given an impetus to people to enthusiastically emulate in labour, production, economic development; combat and eleminate social ills, build a wholesome social environment, making trontribution to successfully realizing the tasks of sociao-economic development at their localities.
