With more than 200 images, documents and artefacts, including many unique and rare artefacts, the exhibition has introduced viewers the milestones, the glorious achievements of the country under the leadership of the Party, affirming the Party’s role, prestige, capacity and fighting strength on the way of the Vietnamese revolution.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, Mr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum said, the special exhibition “Proud of 90 years of Communist Party of Vietnam – A Glorious Road” contributed to affirming the trust faith and pride of the entire people for the Party, Uncle Ho and the country’s renovation; and promoted the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style among all cadres, party members and people to build a clean, strong and prosperous Party.
The contents of the exhibition include 4 parts. The first part: The Communist Party of Vietnam was born and led the struggle for public authority (1930-1945) which reviewed important historical milestones of the country before and after the establishment of Communist Party of Vietnam. The establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam is as a result of combining Marxism – Leninism with the worker movement and the patriotic movement of Vietnam.

The second part: The Party leading the struggle for national liberation and reunification (1945 – 1975) reviewed the historical milestones of the extremely difficult period of the young Democratic Republic of Vietnam. The strategies by President Ho Chi Minh, the Party Central Committee and the Government had gradually brought our country out of danger and maintained freedom and independence.
The third part: The Party lead to carry out the socialist revolution throughout the country, carried out the country’s renovation (from 1975 to now) introduced the Party’s policies and leadership strategies after the unification of the country, and must strive to restore the economy, overcome the war consequences, and consolidate national defence and security and firmly protect the Fatherland borders. Along with that is the implementation of the country’s renovation.

Fourth part: Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party, an increasingly rich and civilized country introduced the Party building work, reflected in the resolutions, directions, guidelines, guidelines and policies of the Party committees from the central to local levels to strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party, improve the Party’s leadership and fighting capability; building an increasingly rich and beautiful country and civilization in the period of international integration and development today.
The exhibition is an activity organized by the Ho Chi Minh Museum in collaboration with the Records and Archives Management Department of the Central Party’s Office on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2020), welcoming the Congress of Deputies at all levels, towards the 13th National Congress of Delegation of the Party.
The thematic exhibition is open to visitors from January 15, 2020, to March 31, 2020.
