- Bui Hong Duc, a student of the High School for Gifted Students under the University of Science- Vietnam National University- Field of study and scientific research.
Bui Hong Duc won the Platinum Certificate in the Asia-Pacific Mathematical Olympiad (2014), Gold Honour in the International Youth Mathematics Challenge (2015), Gold Award in the Singapore Mathematical Olympiad (2016), Gold medal in the Singapore National Olympiad in Informatics in 2018, Silver Medal at the Asia–Pacific Informatics Olympiad 2019, and Gold medal in the International Olympiad in Informatics in 2019.
Bui Hong Duc is also a typical youth face of Hanoi National University (2018), once volunteering to teach under the CodeCamp Project at Intermediate Secondary School and Hanoi Star Primary School.
- Dr. Tran Phuong Thao, lecturer of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Hanoi University of Pharmacy – Field of study and scientific research.
Dr. Tran Phuong Thao owned 5 patent rights (co-authored) in 2018, 9 ISI International publication from 2018 to 2019, and 12 publications in National Magazine from 2018 to 2019.
She chaired over a state-level science project (NAFOSTED) between 2017 and 2020 which is progressing ahead of schedule. Also, she is a key researcher of three other State projects and chairs two grassroots science projects in the period of 2018-2019 (one that has accepted excellence, one that is on schedule). She received a Certificate of Merit of the Minister of Health for individuals who have made outstanding achievements in implementing tasks and work plans for the school year 2018-2019 and the title of “Advanced youth following Uncle Ho’s teachings” in 2019 by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi.
- Ha Viet Hoang, a sophomore at Electronics and Telecommunication at Hanoi University of Science and Technology – Field of study and scientific research.
Viet Hoang is a competitor with a very convincing “Super crosswords” competition at the Vietnam Super Brain in 2019. He won the first prize of the Intellectual Discovery Contest 2019 at the K63 Summer Camp of the University of Science and Technology and the third prize of the World Cultural Discovery Contest 2019 in the International Student Culture Festival held by the University of Science and Technology.
- Dr. Bui Hung Thang, Director of the Centre for Technology Application and Deployment – Institute of Materials Science – Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology – Creative labor, economic development.
Dr. Bui Hung Thang has two patent rights granted by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam and 8 patent applications accepted in 2019, the scientific publication of four articles in the international journals (including two ISI articles, one Scopus article) and two articles published in the national journals; besides participating in training three postgraduate students and one MA student.
Dr. Bui Hung Thang also implemented the application of scientific and technological results, in 2019, three patents were deployed, including: “LED Liquid Cooling” applied in trial production by the Minh Quang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Dong Anh Aluminum Factory; “Self-convective liquid-cooled LED bulbs” are being combined to manufacture and commercialize products by Haledco Technology and Trade Promotion Co., Ltd; “ The process of making silicone radiator cream containing Graphene” is being applied by Haledco Trade Promotion & Technology Co., Ltd. to some LED products.
- Pham Kim Hung, CEO – Founder of TechElite and Base Inc – Field of creative labor, economic development.
Pham Kim Hung graduated from Stanford University, currently, he is CEO and Founder of TechElite and BASE Inc. Starting from 2016 and officially launched in 2017, Base is a technology startup built on the business-management platform Software(Software-as-a-Service), founded by Stanford alumni Pham Kim Hung. This is the first Saas platform in the region built to unify the process of corporate governance and administration from personnel, job management, financial management, and sales-marketing, there are more than 20 applications and nearly 500 corporate customers.
- Duong Danh Dat, Deputy Chief of Police Department of Ly Thai To Ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi – Field of National Security and Defense.
He investigated and discovered the case in the mysterious crime No. 215H16VA0518/10105G established on May 23rd, 2018 to arrest two subjects of illegal drug transportation at 22:00 on July 27th, 2018 at the Phap Van – Cau Gie toll station in Lien Ninh commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi. He was honored to receive the Third-Class Feat Order of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (December 2019).
- Vuong Thi Huyen, weightlifter, Hanoi Sports Training and Competition Centre – Field of sport.

Vuong Thi Huyen, a member of the Hanoi weightlifting team and the national weightlifting team since 2005, has achieved many remarkable achievements. In 2019, she won three Gold Medals at the Asian Championships; a Gold Medal at the SEA Games 30; two Gold Medals, one Silver Medal at the World Cup, one Bronze Medal at the World Weightlifting Championship. Moreover, she also received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee in 2018, the Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
- Le Trang Linh, Piano Department, Vietnam National Academy of Music – Field of Culture and Art.
Le Trang Linh won the First Prize in the Piano category for the age of 15 at the 22nd Val Tidone International Music Competition held in Italy; First Prize in the International Piano Competition in the 9th International Competition “Piano Talents” held in Milan, Italy; Special Prize, Gold Award for optional work and Silver Award for mandatory work in the 20th Kyushu International Music Concour held in Japan.
- Hoang Hoa Trung, Head of Volunteer Faith Group – Field of volunteering for community life.
Hoang Hoa Trung has made many contributions to create positive changes for society. With his special talent of observing and turning “waste products” into money, since 2003, Trung and his friends in the volunteer group have regularly visited ceramic production facilities in Bat Trang (Gia Lam, Hanoi) to collect defective ceramic products for sale at book fairs, raising funds to help poor children and building upland schools.
Furthermore, the group also started to support lunch for poor students with the Highland-child Feeding Project (also called the Raising Children Project) from June 2015. Up to now, there are tens of thousands of meals for children deployed.
- Le Huong Giang, Student of University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Hanoi National University – Field of volunteering for community life.
Huong Giang is a confident and ambitious youth who knows how to overcome unlucky fate. When she was born, one eye of Giang completely failed, her other eye had only 1/10 eyesight. Until the 6th grade year, she completely lost her sight due to retinal degeneration.
Wishing to become an MC on television, Giang overcame difficulties and persevered in studying and practising life skills (like learning to play, sing, draw, and use computers and smartphones). As a result, she won many awards such as the Bronze Medal at the “Global IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities” held in Korea. At the “Beauty of the Crescent Moon” Festival in 2019, Giang won the title of the first runner-up. Huong Giang was the first blind MC on Vietnam Television.
