Accordingly, Hanoi will promote the visual propaganda in the inner city, downtown area, main roads, including: Decoration of fixed panels and double-sided panels; 3-sided panel cluster; Panel decoration at offices of the City Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee; Maintain and decorate 04 lighting model clusters in the traffic island in front of the Opera House, Square in front of the State Bank, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace; Decorate 2,000 banners along the main roads and downtown area; Decorate the National Flag, the Party Flag and the Red Flag at the system of columns in front of the monument area of Ly Thai To, the City People’s Committee and the State Bank; Decorate 1,800 flag stands on main roads, main streets, downtown area, area around Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and surrounding Hoan Kiem Lake; Mobilize the system of boards, billboards, LED screens to propagate for the 90th anniversary of Hanoi City Party Committee’s Founding Day (March 17, 1930-March 17, 2020); Maintain the lighting decoration system at 10 downtown routes, including: Trang Tien street, Trang Thi street; Hang Bai street, Ba Trieu street, Ly Thuong Kiet street, Phan Chu Trinh street, Ngo Quyen street, Dien Bien Phu street, Phan Dinh Phung street and Thanh Nien street; Ornamental decoration inside and outside the hall to serve the 90th anniversary of Hanoi City Party Committee’s Founding Day; Organize 02 photo exhibitions and 02 nights of mobile propaganda in the city; Strengthen propaganda on the portal Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, etc.
At the grassroots level, People’s Committees of urban districts, rural districts and towns shall base on the City’s Planning and the guidance of the Department of Culture and Sports to direct the Division of Culture and Sports, the Centers of Culture, Sports and Tourism of districts, towns and develop specific plans and options, ensuring synchronization and on schedule;
Promote propaganda and implementation: visual propaganda decoration in the central areas of the area, main roads, head offices of offices, agencies, enterprises, schools, units of armed forces, Public Culture places, crowded places with various forms such as Panel cluster decoration, vertical banners, banners, posters based on content, technical market approved by the City, contribute to beautifying the urban landscape, creating a jubilant atmosphere on the occasion of the Anniversary Day… Broadcasting stations to strengthen news, articles, and time of propaganda to serve the 90th anniversary of the City Party Committee; Organize activities of traditional rooms, art galleries, photos in the Anniversary; Mobile propaganda teams organize mobile propaganda and art performances to serve the local people.
