The area in front of the State Bank is decorated with panels
Reportedly, the city will decorate the system of 6 clusters of fixed panels in the inner city area and along the gateway, 10 clusters of 2-sided panels at the division strip of the city’s central road, panels at headquarters of City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and 15 clusters of 3-sided panels at roads in the city center.

In addition, the city will maintain and decorate with lighting system at 4 symbolic clusters at traffic islands and squares such as Square in front of the State Bank, traffic island in front of the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cach mang Thang Tam Square and the area in front of the Vietnam-Soviet Cultural Palace of Friendship Labor.
Besides, 2,000 banners are stretched along the main roads, streets, central areas on the lotus-shaped hanging racks.
Hanoi City also hangs 1,800 flag racks on roads, main streets and areas in City center.
In the morning of March 12, at the Hanoi Museum, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports organized the opening of “Hanoi – belief and aspiration to rise up” exhibition. It is one of the practical activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Hanoi City Party Committee’s founding.
