In the list of National Women Team of the Vietnam Football Federation sent to the Vietnam Sports Administration with 31 athletes and players from the Hanoi Sports Training and Competition Center under the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, there are 9 players including Hoang Thi Loan, Thai Thi Thao, Pham Hai Yen, Ngan Thi Van Su, Nguyen Thanh Huyen, Nguyen Thi Thanh Nha, Bien Thi Hang, Nguyen Thi Thao Anh, Nguyen Thi Hoa and 1 assistant.

The National Women Team is led by Coach Mai Duc Chung, with assistants including Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan (Hanoi), Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hong, Ms. Doan Thi Kim Chi (Ho Chi Minh City) and Mr. Doan Minh Hai (Quang Ninh). The National Women Team will practice and station at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center from January 3 to January 31, 2021 to prepare for the 31st SEA Games in Vietnam.
New faces in the list of 31 players include goalkeeper Dao Thi Kieu Oanh, Nguyen Thi Hoa, Thao Anh, Bien Thi Hang, Chau Thi Vang; with the return of striker Le Hoai Luong or Thanh Huyen.
Along with Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi Sports Training and Competition Center is the place that provides the most players for the National Team. In the current National championship system, Hanoi has two teams (Hanoi I Watabe, Hanoi II Watabe) participating.
As expected, on January 3, the National Women Football team will be the first team to officially join the opening training for 2021 after nearly a year without a concentration plan since the playoff round of the Olympic Qualifying took place in March 2020.
