The district requires the People’s Committee of 11 out of 11 wards to carry out communication and propaganda in various forms such as radio, website, visual propaganda, etc. to all people about the glorious revolutionary line, life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, honoring His great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation of Vietnam, and the Communist and International Workers Movement. The decoration and samples of posters were approved by the City authority at ward offices, information stations, central streets of the ward. Agencies and schools in the area are guided and encouraged to participate in decorating visual posters and fly the national flag at the unit’s headquarters.
For wards having relics and monuments, or locations near steles, sites and relics of revolutionary resistance war associated with President Ho Chi Minh, it is necessary to propagate and introduce historical events and significance of the sites, relics, and monuments to people and visitors on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth. Activities in the ward must be held in a solemn, thoughtful, practical, effective, safe, and economical manner, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle.
In Dispatch No. 611, the District People’s Committee assigned the District Office of Culture and Information to collect, compile, and provide documents, and guide wards to propagate the celebration of 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth. The District Center for Culture, Information and Sports shall perform the visual decoration at the head office of the Party Committee, People’s Council, and People’s Committee of the District and on main streets in the district, using the poster sample approved by the city.
The propaganda on the celebration of the 130th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s birth in the whole Thanh Xuan district will be held from May 12 to May 21, 2020.
