On May 6, the Steering Committee of the Program No. 04-CTr/TU of Hanoi City Party Committee issued Report No. 116-BC/BCĐ on the results of the implementation of Program No. 04-CTr/TU dated April 26, 2016, of the City Party Committee and Plan No. 165/KH-UBND dated August 31, 2016, of the City People’s Committee on “Socio-cultural development, improvement of the quality of human resources of the Capital, building elegant and civilized Hanoi people” for quarter I, and directions and tasks for the second quarter of 2020.
According to the Steering Committee’s assessment, in the first quarter of 2020, the direction and administration of the above tasks were implemented proactively, drastically, closely following reality, thereby creating a clear change in the socio-cultural sector of the city. The process of implementing science and technology tasks in the city continues to receive active coordination from agencies and organizations, thereby promoting potentials and improving the efficiency of scientific and technological activities.
