Decoration and propaganda activities are carried out with focus, thriftiness and efficiency, creating synchronism and consistency throughout the city and ensuring conditions for COVID-19 prevention and control.
In the city’s center area, Hanoi will arrange the decoration of fixed panels and 2-sided panels at medians and roads and decoration panels at offices of agencies including the City Party Committee, People’s Council, City People’s Committee and related offices. Banners are hung along the main roads and downtown areas, decorate the national flag, the Party flag and the red flag at the column system in front of the monument area of Ly Thai To, the City People’s Committee and the State Bank, decorate the flag stands at the main roads, streets, city’s central area and area around Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
In districts and towns, based on the actual situation of the locality, there are plans to organize decoration, propaganda and visual promotion activities to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Capital’s Liberation Day; perform visual decoration, propaganda and promotion with forms such as installing clusters of panels, vertical banners, banners… in the central area of the locality, the main roads, the headquarters of the companies, agencies, factories, schools, public cultural sites and crowded places; guide and inspect the propaganda decoration work in wards, communes, townships and agencies, enterprises and units located in the locality; mobilize the People to fly the national flag to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Capital’s Liberation Day according to regulations and notices of the Hanoi People’s Committee.
Information and visual propaganda activities will take place from October 1 to October 14, 2021.
