Communication and dissemination contents focus on information groups, including: Dissemination on the role and importance of administrative procedure control, the implementation of the “one-stop-shop” and “inter-agency one-stop shop” mechanisms and their significance for the capital development; Directive documents of the central and metropolitan governments on the administrative procedure control and the implementation of the “one-stop-shop” and “inter-agency one-stop shop” mechanisms; the implementation results of the city’s work assignments performed in 2022 and their positive effects on production and business activities and socio-economic development; initiatives and models in the implementation of administrative procedure control at departments, People’s Committees of districts, towns, communes, wards and towns; recognizing opinions of individuals, organizations and enterprises about those who performed or did not perform well, things which should be improved; Contents that individuals and organizations need to know when carrying out administrative procedures, focusing on some key areas (Land, investment, business registration, construction, justice, social security, etc.); the roles and responsibilities of the heads of administrative agencies at all levels in the city for the implementation of administrative procedure control and disseminating the “one-stop-shop” and “inter-agency one-stop shop” mechanisms to each official and , civil servant at each agency and unit.
IT application in administrative procedure control
The dissemination on IT application and models in the implementation of the “one-stop-shop” and “inter-agency one-stop shop” mechanisms has been conducted at units in the city, especially: IT application in state agencies, enterprises and the society over the past time; raising the awareness about the role and benefits of IT application in management, administration, production and business activities as well as in social life; the implementation of public services at level 3 and level 4 associated with the implementation of digital government; inter-agency projects for reducing time, efforts and burden of administrative procedures on organizations and individuals.
The dissemination on the implementation results of administrative procedure control, administrative procedure reform and inspection of the “one-stop-shop” and “inter-agency one-stop shop” mechanism implementation in handling administrative procedures in the city area has been conducted. The dissemination on outstanding events, seminars and conferences on the implementation of activities by the “one-stop shop” departments, initiatives in receiving and handling administrative procedures at the “one-stop shop” departments has been also conducted. “…
Strengthening communication on administrative procedure control
The dissemination work has been carried out through the strengthening of news, articles and press information products on administrative procedure control and administrative reform in the city on the metropolitan and central press agencies, websites and social media accounts of the city subordinated agencies; on the basic information system; visual propagandizing activities and through workshops, events, conferences, talks in in-person and online forms. Simultaneously, contents of dissemination were integrated in training sessions, information was provided for reporters, propagandists and grassroots activities.
