Recently, the People’s Committee of Bac Tu Liem district issued Plan No. 314/KH-UBND on organizing the Competition to build and maintain a “Bright-Green-Clean-Beautiful-Safe Ward” in 2024 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2024).

The “Building and maintaining a Bright – Green – Clean – Beautiful – Safe Ward” competition aims to promote the emulation movement, raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the autonomous and proactive role of agencies, units, households and people in preserving the landscape, environment, urban order, associated with building a civilized urban area, building an elegant and civilized lifestyle of Hanoians, contributing to building a bright, green, clean, beautiful, civilized capital to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the the Capital Liberation (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2024).
At the same time, it discovers and replicates good models and practices that have widespread influence and impact on the people.
The Competition Organizing Committee will score according to 6 contents, 23 criteria and require 13/13 wards to register for the District-level Competition. It is expected that the Competition will award 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize and 1 Third Prize to the exemplary wards. Scoring of the District-level Competition will be completed prior to August 30, 2024.
In addition, through the preliminary survey according to the criteria of the Competition, Bac Tu Liem district registered 3 typical wards: Thuong Cat, Dong Ngac and Xuan Tao to participate in the City-level Competition.
