75 organizations in the town will undergo inspection and evaluation for the cultural standard certification for agencies, units, and enterprises for the 2023-2024 period.
To ensure objective assessment, the Son Tay Town Labor Federation established two inspection teams operating from November 5-7, 2024.
The inspection teams thoroughly examined four criteria in the self-assessment forms and achievement reports from each organization, conducting objective and accurate evaluations of each component.
The inspections revealed that agencies, units, and enterprises have strengthened grassroots democracy implementation; effectively organized various emulation movements; actively built cultural workplaces; created professional, civilized, green, clean, and beautiful working environments; encouraged officials, civil servants, and employees to perform their assigned duties well; and successfully organized activities to care for material needs, cultural activities, arts, and sports to improve the health of officials, civil servants, and employees.
Upon completion of the inspection period, the Town Labor Federation will recommend to the City Labor Federation to certify qualifying organizations as meeting cultural standards for the 2023-2024 period.
The Son Tay Town Labor Federation aims to have 75-80% of registered agencies, units, and enterprises receive annual cultural certification.
Son Tay Town conducts these inspections, evaluations, and scoring to improve the quality of the “Cultural Standard Agency, Unit, and Enterprise” model, serving as the foundation for building grassroots cultural life among civil servants and workers. This effort continues to develop the “All People Unite to Build Cultural Life” movement for 2022-2026 with increasing quality and effectiveness.
