
The training course has attracted the attention of officials and a large number of participants
The course welcomed 250 participants, including members of singing, dancing, and music performance clubs, as well as literature, poetry, and music creation groups affiliated with the City’s Cultural Center. It also included core members of grassroots mass art movements and branch clubs.

Following the opening, Dr. Tran Vinh Khuong, a Music Lecturer from the Central University of Culture and Arts Education, provided an overview of script structure, practical guidance on program staging, and performance skills for non-professional actors. This training aimed to help them understand the practical needs and effectiveness of stage performances.

During the course, each club performed two distinctive pieces, which were then reviewed and improved by the lecturer to enhance the quality of artistic performances and prepare for the course’s reporting program.

Through this course, participants were equipped with professional skills and expertise in organizing mass art activities, improving the quality of cultural movements at the grassroots level, and promoting events in service of the political missions of the capital and the country. This also addressed the creative and cultural needs of the public, contributing to the development of the capital’s cultural movement.
