Me Linh Flower Festival is considered the largest flower festival in the Northern region. It is not just a cultural event, but also an opportunity to honor the values of the flower-growing villages and promote the beauty and tourism potential of the region. The goal is to establish the Flower Festival as an annual event, a distinct brand for Me Linh and Hanoi’s tourism.
With the theme “Me Linh in Blooming Flowers,” Me Linh Flower Festival 2024 is not only a unique cultural and tourism event but also an occasion to revisit the history and culture of Me Linh. The festival space will feature traditional imagery designed into small displays and models, combined with modern lighting technology to create environments that blend the ancient and modern, offering visitors a fascinating experience.

In addition to the flower display, the festival will host many lively community activities. A special highlight is the opening performance with renowned singers such as Hoa Minzy, Duc Phuc, and Dinh Manh Ninh.
Notably, as part of the festival, Me Linh District People’s Committee will collaborate with the Hanoi Investment Promotion and Tourism Center to organize the “Trade Promotion Fair for Local Tourism and Cultural Promotion in Me Linh District,” featuring more than 100 booths showcasing agricultural products, OCOP products, and craft village goods from Hanoi and other regions across the country.

Me Linh Flower Festival, first held in 2022, attracted over 100,000 visitors from across the country, offering them a chance to admire and immerse themselves in the world of flowers. The first Me Linh Flower Festival was honored to welcome central and Hanoi city leaders, as well as 35 contestants from the 2022 World Tourism Queen competition, who participated in photo sessions and showcased their beauty alongside the flowers of Me Linh.
Building on the success of its first event, the second Me Linh Flower Festival in 2024 is sure to once again capture the attention of a wide range of people. This festival will further solidify Me Linh’s position as an attractive tourist destination, a land rich in cultural heritage and development potential. It is hoped that the event will become an annual tradition. With the successes achieved, the festival promises to grow into a key annual event, contributing to the economic and social development of Me Linh, preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of the region, and helping to showcase the image of Vietnam and its people to international friends.
