The exhibition “Thousands of Miles of Rivers and Mountains” is the largest annual exhibition organized by the I Draw Club, continuing the success of previous exhibitions that resonated within the art community and the public, such as “I Draw Hanoi”, “Colorful Dreams”…

The exhibition is held to commemorate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2

With more than 150 works by 34 artists, the exhibition aims to honor the majestic and poetic beauty of Vietnam’s landscape through the creative perspectives of contemporary painters. From the grand natural scenery in Gia Gia’s paintings, the nostalgic library window in Luu Ngoc Linh’s works, the bright joyfulness in Doan Linh Phuong’s pieces, the vast highland in Minh Ngoc’s paintings; the spirit of capturing small details to nurture the homeland in Giang Lai’s paintings, or the bustling, lively craft villages in Hai Anh and Phuong Thao’s works; the lyrical expressions from the sea to urban streets in Tuyen Nguyen’s paintings, the luxurious elegance in Doan Huong’s lacquer paintings, the purity like silk paintings by Nguyen Thi Thanh Luu, My Linh… all bring viewers to familiar yet astonishingly vibrant landscapes.

Perhaps the most impressive are the innocent, radiant strokes in the series of paintings by 14 young artists such as Nguyen Lan Nhi, Dao Nha Uyen, Nguyen Ha Trang, Nguyen Gia Long, Nguyen Huong Uyen, Lai Da Thao Chi, Nguyen Linh Giang, Nguyen Thu Thao, Le Tuong Linh…

Patriotism is vividly expressed by the artists through countless shades and hues in their works.”
