The Phuong Khe Communal House, constructed in the late 17th century, is a special historical and cultural relic dedicated to the National Mother, Lady Nguyen Trieu Thuy – the Fourth Holy Princess. It is not only a center of spiritual worship but also a site marking revolutionary activities prior to the August Revolution of 1945.

Due to its deteriorating condition, the People’s Committee of Ba Vi District approved a comprehensive restoration project with a total investment of VND 25 billion, implemented by the District Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor. The project includes several components: the main communal house, left and right-side halls, votive paper burning shrine, kitchen, semicircular pond, gate, surrounding wall, and drainage system. Construction began in October 2022 and was completed in December 2024.
The completion of this project not only preserves a valuable cultural heritage but also contributes to fostering traditional education and enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the local people.
