On December 6, 2025, the Final Round of the Festival of Exemplary Villages and Residential Groups of Hanoi will take place at the Hanoi City Cultural and Library Center, with the participation of 20 outstanding villages and residential groups selected from the preliminary round.

The competition items at the Festival include: staging one performance in a flexible format, showcasing the talents and abilities of participating members; conveying messages about preserving, protecting, and promoting local traditional cultural values; praising the homeland and the country; and communicating the significance and effectiveness of the movement to build exemplary cultural villages and residential groups, contributing to the development of prosperous local communities.

Situational handling: Each village or residential group will appoint one representative to draw a question or respond to a situational question posed by the Jury (encouraging the participation of village heads, residential group leaders, and representatives of local authorities and mass organizations – those directly involved in implementing and promoting the building of cultural villages and residential groups). The Organizing Committee will provide suggested situations for participating units to study and proactively prepare.

The Jury will evaluate performances on a 10-point scale to select and honor awardees under the following prize structure: 02 First Prizes (01 village, 01 residential group); 04 Second Prizes (02 villages, 02 residential groups); 06 Third Prizes (03 villages, 03 residential groups); 08 Consolation Prizes.

In addition, the Organizing Committee will present 05 Special Awards, including: Best Stage Performance Program; Most Creative Achievement Report; Youngest Participant; Oldest Participant; and Unit with the Largest Number of Participants.

The Organizing Committee will also select and commend 10 wards and communes with outstanding achievements in organizing the Festival at the grassroots level and participating in the City-level Festival.
