The event is hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Hanoi People’s Committee, Vietnam Television, and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 is not merely a series of activities but an experiential journey of artistic exploration.

The film screening space titled “Happiness in Every Moment” will present simple yet profound perspectives on happiness through cinematic works, ranging from family happiness, fulfillment in work, the value of dedication, and creative passion, to moments of unity with the country and its people. Through these films, audiences will realize that happiness is not distant, but found in the everyday moments surrounding us.

“The Road of Happiness” photo exhibition will display outstanding photographic works submitted for awards since 2023, arranged around Hoan Kiem Lake by thematic perspectives of happiness in life: Home Is Happiness, The Happiest Job, Art Creates Happiness, Happiness in Sports, and more.

The activity “Sending Happiness to Tomorrow” encourages visitors to write down their dreams and heartfelt wishes and place them into the “Happy Vietnam” mailbox. Meanwhile, the “Happiness Tree” will preserve personal moments and messages of happiness shared by participants. Each card hung on the tree is not only a keepsake, but also contributes to a growing symbol that connects and spreads happiness throughout Vietnam.

In addition, the Festival will host a themed seminar on “Happiness,” featuring speakers with large followings, inspirational figures, and prominent young individuals from various fields who will share their ongoing journeys and spread positive values that create happiness.

Going beyond the framework of a conventional competition, “Shaping Happiness” consists of creative challenges such as photography, videography, and painting, designed as experiential journeys. Participants are invited not only to explore their own limits, but also to discover pure joy in transforming moments and ideas into creative works.

A special highlight on the second day of Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 will be the program “More Than Love – 80 Couples with Stories of Happiness,” symbolizing the 80-year journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness of the nation. In a warm and sacred atmosphere, 80 couples will take part in a collective wedding ceremony. Their happiness stands as a powerful affirmation of the nation’s enduring aspiration for happiness.

Another deeply humane highlight of the Festival is the “Drops of Shared Blood” activity. Participating in blood donation is a meaningful way to turn compassion into concrete action, contributing to the continuation of life and spreading the happiness of giving.

The “Happiness Lens” area will serve as a gathering point for domestic and international photographers to engage in creative artistic activities.

The Organizing Committee hopes that Vietnam Happy Fest will grow into an annual event – a new cultural hallmark that positions Vietnam as a destination of peace, happiness, and humanity in the eyes of international friends.
