On the morning of 18 april, at the Cultural Centre of Kim Dong, the Party Committee of Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports held a conference on studying to grasp the fourth Party Central Session’s Resolution (twelveth tenure) and fundamental substance of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics and lifestyles. Attending the conference were representatives from the Department Party Committee, the Board of Directorate, together with the entire officials, party members and selective mass people.
Mr. Tran Quang Canh presents the conference on the contents of the fourth Party Central Session’s Resolution (twelveth tenure) and fundamental substance of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics and lifestyles.
The conference heard Mr. Tran quang Canh, member of the Municipal Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Municipal Party Inspectorate Committee, deliver the main contents of the fourth Party Central Session’s Resolution (twelveth tenure) and fundamental substance of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics and lifestyles, in which he analysed and pointed out the great and radical achievements of the country under the leadership of the Communist Party of Viet Nam; the requirement for each cadre and party member in regular learning and following Ho chi Minh’s ideology, ethics and lifestyles. At the same time, he analysed the phenomenon of degrades in political ideology, ethics, way of life, phenomenon of “self-evolution” and “self-conversion” from within; and tasks, solutions on the political idealogy, criticism and self-criticism; on mechanism, policies; on inspection, supervision, party disciplines,…
Cadres, party members and selective mass people at the conference
In his closing speech at the conference, on behalf of the Department Party Committee and the Board of Directorate, Mr. To Van Dong, Municipal Party Committee Member, the Department Party Committee’ Head, Director of the Department, expressed sincere thanks toward Mr. Tran Quang Canh for his in-depth, effective and substantive presentation extended to the whole conference. Mr. To Van Dong highly appreciated the full and serious participation of the party cells, each cadre and party member; and requested that all the party cells continue to study the Resolution, and further learn and follow the ethical example of Ho Chi Minh in accordance with each’s job condition, first and foremost strictly observing the administrative discipline year, proactively setting an example, mobilizing relatives, friends and colleagues to abide by the code of ethics practiced by cadres, public servants, public officers, labourers working in all the city’ agencies as well as the code of ethics in public places.
