In implementing the 2017 work plans, Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports organized the 12th Ha Noi Mobile Propaganda Festival in commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of the Injured and Martyrs Day (27/7/1947 – 27/7/2017).
The 12th Ha Noi Mobile Propaganda Festival was an activity widely propagandized among the public on the special significance of the Day for injured and martyrs; aimed at educating the sense of responsibility, gratitude, duties of people from all walks of life toward the heroic martyrs, families with fallen soldiers, injured and sick soldiers, and revolutionarily credited people. At the same time, the festival was a practical activity designed to push up thankful and respectful works in Ha Noi area.
The festival would be participated by 29 out of 30 districts, towns, with over 1000 performers, propagandists and instrumentalists on hand. These mobile propaganda teams had received great concerns and sound guidances from Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports, District Party Committees, District People’s Committees. Especially, some localities had established the Steering Committees for this participating programme like Dong Anh district, Thuong tin district and so on.
The festival would last from 20th June till 20th July, at 7 outdoor stages on the district areas of Chuong My, South Tu Liem, Son Tay town, Hai Ba Trung, Quoc Oai, Long Bien, Thuong Tin. Performance nights had been able to attract large numbers of viewers and supporters, which had helped bring up a common success of the festival.
The main theme of the festival was “Grateful to the benefactors”, so almost all the art items at this festival had concentrated on paying gratitudes toward the heroic martyrs, injured soldiers who had sacrified themselves for the cause of national salvation, national defence; commending iconic examples who had done good duties in the rear of the armed forces…
The festival had ended up with great successes in terms of both participating as well as organizing qualities. This was also the chance for the performers, propagandists to meet and share their expertises in the field of mobile communication and propaganda, in contribution to meeting the spiritual demands by the people, and encouraging the entire society to adhere to the advocacies and policies made by the Party and the Sate, in an effort to build their country and motherland ever more and more prosperous and beautiful.
