Childhood is a place everyone has passed through, yet not everyone has the chance to look back closely. The exhibition “Lon Ke Chuyen Be” introduces a journey back to memory through 50 illustrated works by eight artists from different generations and regions across Vietnam.

Children enthusiastically take part in folk games held within the framework of the exhibition.

The series of artworks is a gentle invitation for each person to pause and listen to the voice of their own childhood – found in a lunch box prepared by a mother, marbles after school, or a kite soaring over a summer meadow. Under the artists’ emotionally rich brushstrokes, these simple images suddenly become luminous and full of vitality. Though small and ordinary, they carry deep affection and help shape an individual’s emotional world.

The exhibition attracts a large audience.

According to the Organizing Committee, “Lon Ke Chuyen Be” is not merely an art activity but also aspires to let those stories of the past cross the boundaries of time, touch the hearts of many generations, and become a source of inspiration for young people – gradually turning Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam into a distinctive cultural and creative destination in Hanoi.

The Organizing Committee congratulates the artists.

The event is part of a large-scale series of creative cultural activities for the community, jointly organized by the Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities and the creative enterprise TiredCity, and will run until July 30, 2025.
