The contest “Building and preserving bright, green, clean, beautiful and safe villages, hamlets and alleys” aims to promote the strength of the great unity bloc of the whole people, mobilize the potential among the people, and maintain the movement to contribute to the construction of advanced new rural areas in the communes.
Scoring criteria must include the lighting system as well as green, clean, beautiful and safe landscape.
As planned, the contest will start from April, the time for testing, evaluation and scoring in communes and towns is from May to December 2022. Monthly, the district will score the communes and towns once. To meet the scoring criteria, it is a must to ensure the lighting system; green, clean, beautiful and safe environment.
In order for the contest to be conducted in depth and practically, it will be organized in a methodical manner, mobilizing the political system of the district and all communes, villages and hamlets to participate, especially in changing the awareness of people that building and protecting the environment is to protect their own lives. The Organizing Committee also assigns a clear assignment and implementation time to each member of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee, and Scoring Team of the district; preparing more detailed and specific scoring instructions to avoid duplication of tasks for communes and towns.

Chairman of the Ba Vi District People’s Committee Do Manh Hung emphasized that in order for this contest to be effective, the Ba Vi Culture, Information and Sports Center needs to absorb all the opinions of the members of the Steering Committee, the Organizing Committee to develop a plan to deploy to the communes in a practical, specific, clear and effective manner; The propaganda must be well conducted so that the people understand and agree to implement it with the motto that people know, people discuss, people do, people check, people enjoy the benefits; Visual propaganda must be promoted, take the clean criterion as the most important, followed by the other criteria which are green, bright and safe. At the same time, Chairman of Ba Vi District People’s Committee Do Manh Hung also asked to promote propaganda so that people can classify waste at source. The members of the Steering Committee, the Organizing Committee and the Scoring Team must closely supervise the grassroots level and guide the localities to perform well; mobilize the Fatherland Front and mass organizations in mobilizing union members, and association members to participate.
