In celebration of the International Children’ Day – 1st June and responding to the Action Month for Children, the Municipal Cultural Centre organized a an entertainment festival dedicated for children with the theme of “Childhood’s colours”, at Kim Dong cinema, with a wish to enable them to participate in activities of artistic culture, useful entertainment and recreation, taking it as incentives after a year of working hard and ending up with joyful holidays. Coming to join the programme were Mr. Nguyen Khac Loi, Deputy Director of Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports, Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, Head of the Division of Culture and Arts, the Educational and Propagational Board of the Municipal Party Committee, together with other delegates, parents and children in the Capital.
Having lasted for 5 days (from 28/5/2016 to 1/6), the festive programme of the “Childhood’s colours” had witnessed many activities, including complimentary film shows like “Robinson stray in the unhabited island”, “Doremon”, “a venturous parrot”,..; and other activities like learning how to be a carpenter, a painter and running an art handicraft workshop. When be there, kids had an oppotunity to experience, explore and broaden their minds and imagination through the self-made works as masks or post cards,… All of these had made them with much excitement and happiness.
Apart from organizing the interesting recreational activities, the Centre had presented significant gifts to the children suffering special condition of hardships of Hoan Kiem district and poor kids of Thanh Xuan and Dan Phuong districts.
