All 4 matches for male and female students from secondary schools and high schools were extremely interesting and exciting. In particular, the audience witnessed a dramatic final match for male students between Yen Hoa high school and Tran Phu high school

In the end, Yen Hoa high school won the gold medal for the first time with a 40-32 victory over Tran Phu high school, thereby closing a tournament full of surprises and attractions. This championship is the result of many years of developing a professional basketball movement at Yen Hoa high school.
In the final match of the Hanoi Student Basketball Tournament 2021 for male students between Ngo Si Lien secondary school and Nguyen Sieu secondary school, the former won with the score 38-36 for the consecutive second time.
In the female category, Doan Ket – Hai Ba Trung high school and Tay Ho high school went into the final match of the Hanoi Student Basketball Tournament 2021. The former used to gain the championship and is the current runner-up of the tournament. However, with their determination, the latter won with a 24-21 score, thereby making history with the first City Championship.

In the female category, Nguyen Truong To secondary school and Cau Giay secondary school went into the final match of the Hanoi Student Basketball Tournament 2021. Faced with a strong and traditional opponent, Cau Giay secondary school won a narrow victory for the first time to rank the first in the tournament for female students.
Hanoi Student Basketball Tournament 2021 was organized by Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports from January 8 to January 28 at Thanh Tri Stadium (Hanoi). Participating in the tournament were 168 teams, including 89 male teams from high schools, 40 female teams from high schools, 23 male teams from secondary schools and 20 female teams from secondary schools.
There were a total of 196 matches in nearly 3 weeks. For high school age, the teams compete in the form of the knockout competition. For secondary school age, the teams were divided into a round-robin table before entering the knockout round.
This is a long-standing tournament for students in the capital and is a place to discover talents for Hanoi youth teams.
