The campaign mobilizes the collective strength of the political system and the public to implement gender equality and prevent, and respond to gender-based violence, empower women and girls, and ensure social welfare, especially in ethnic, mountainous regions, and areas affected by natural disasters, thus narrowing the gender inequality gap and reducing instances of gender-based violence.

The initiative also seeks to increase the dissemination, communication, and education on social welfare policies, gender equality, and the prevention and response to gender-based violence at all levels. It focuses on educating knowledge and skills to protect and prevent violence and abuse against women and children, family members, and gender equality workers. Additionally, it provides information and enhances the capacity to prevent and respond to the negative impacts of climate change, natural disasters, floods, and epidemics on women and children. The campaign emphasizes the importance of preventing, detecting, and timely handling cases of violence and abuse against women and children, to minimize and eventually eliminating such incidents.
