On May 19, the Union of Bac Tu Liem district organized the contest “Culture of Behavior and Action of Youth” according to the thought, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh in 2018.

The contest aims to promote the study, propaganda and implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 on “Studying and following ideology, morality, style of Ho Chi Minh” and Resolution No. 4 of the 12th Party Central Committee, in conjunction with the implementation of Scheme No. 1 of Party Committee of Bac Tu Liem district, implementing the Directives and Resolutions of the Party, City’s Party Committee and the District’s Party Committee.

The contest also helps officials and members of Youth Union become deeply aware of the fundamental contents and values of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, thereby, promoting the education on revolutionary ideal, ethics, cultural lifestyle for youth union members, enhancing the awareness of cultivating and practicing to improve the moral standards of revolution, as well as the awareness of pioneering and exemplifying, and creating environment for officials and members of youth union to exchange experiences and improve their professional knowledge and necessary skills.
Through 3 rounds: greeting, presentation and talent, in the form of theatricalization, the teams introduced about their team, the manner of behavior of their organizations/individuals (union member, children) in certain issues or fields, typical activities, good or creative measures in learning and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, associated with the propaganda and implementation of the Resolution No. 4 of the 12th Party Central Committee, scheme for 2017; scheme for 2018, etc., as well as the fundamental contents and great value of ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh.Attended the contest, 6 contesting teams from youth union of: Xuan Dinh ward; Minh Khai ward; Phu Dien ward; Phuc Dien ward; Xuan Tao ward, and Co Nhue 1 ward showed the culture of behavior & action of youth according to ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh.

According to Urban Economic JournalAt the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee selected excellent teams to award prizes. Accordingly, the team from Xuan Dinh ward won the first prize. The second prize belongs to teams from Minh Khai and Xuan Tao wards. Teams from Phuc Dien, Phu Dien and Co Nhue 1 wards were awarded 3rd prize. At the same time, the Organizing Committee also gave the secondary prize to teams with the best performance in presentation and talent rounds.
