Activities have attracted the participation of nearly 100 people of 13 ethnic groups (Nung, Tay, Dao, Mong, Muong, Thai, Kho Mu, Ta Oi, Ba Na, Xo Dang, Co Tu, Ede, Khmer) from 11 localities, with highlights of localities with people who live and work everyday (Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, Ha Giang, Son La, Hoa Binh, Nghe An, Thua Thien Hue, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Lak, Soc Trang).
“March of the Central Highlands” program to bring visitors songs and dances praising the beauty of nature, culture and people of the Central Highlands.
To celebrate International Women’s Day (8/3); International Day of Happiness (20/3), the program “March of the Central Highlands” will be taken place in the village with songs and dances welcoming the national spring, praising the beauty of nature, culture and people of the Central Highlands. Besides, there is an activity to introduce women through costumes, traditional crafts and daily life in the families of ethnic communities at the “Common House”.

From 10/3 – 31/3/2022, at the space of the Villages, there will be activities re-enacting daily life, manipulating and performing traditional crafts such as weaving, making musical instruments, knitting, processing herbal medicine…; introducing cuisine of the ethnic groups such as: coffee, cocoa of the Ede, banh tet of the Khmer, learning about love cakes of the Ta Oi, …
On weekends, visitors will experience traditional folk games such as: bird nest, throwing cotton ball, tug of war, walking on stilts; enjoy the typical traditional folk art forms bringing the sound of spring such as: Xoe dance, Vi singing, folk singing, Then singing, gongs performance, …

The highlight of the March program is “Youth Day with Traditional Culture” taking place on 26/3 – 27/3/2022. The performances include: Re-enactment of the community reunion festival of the Mnong in Dak Nong; Introduction and performance of gongs by young people in the Central Highlands at “Common House”; Cultural and artistic exchanges, cooking contest for ethnic dishes, gong contest, traditional folk games; Introduction of book space about “Homeland’s Sea and Island”; Music exchange Youth with love for homeland’s sea and island at the “Common House”.
In addition, there is a Green and safe tourism program for visitors to experience in the space of Ethnic Villages Area.
The programs at the Village are held on a scale suitable to the epidemic situation in Hanoi.
