From October 20 to November 30, several secondary and elementary schools in Dong Anh District have been organizing school-level chess tournaments, with the number of participants ranging from 120 to 400 students per school. Notable examples include Archimedes Elementary School in Dong Anh with 400 students, Viet Hung Elementary School with 220 students, Dong Hoi Elementary School with 200 students, An Duong Vuong Elementary School with 190 students, Ngo Quyen Secondary School with 180 students, and Kim Chung Elementary School with 180 students.
The schools organized tournaments with 4-6-10 brackets, following the rules of the Vietnam Chess Club.
The chess competition not only helps students in Dong Anh District improve their intellectual abilities but also fosters a spirit of learning.
