Recently, the People’s Committee of Dong Da district convened the conference on generalization and implemention of the Plan to tighten administrative regulations and disciplines; to transform working styles and practices, with a view to creating radical and positive changes in the execution of public missions by the district’s cadres and officers.
Conference in plenary
At the conference, delegates heard the implementation plan. Under this Plan, the People’s committee of Dong Da district requested that the Plan be carried out in a synchronized manner at all levels, branches, localities at the entire district area; not to do in a showoff, formal and nominal way. At the same time, the activities must go indepth with substantive nature, clear results, positive effects, direcly beneficial to people and businesses. The solutions should be taken comprehensively, strongly and unanimously; as for those good collectives and individuals it should be encouraged and commended in a timely manner; as for acts of hassles and bureaucracies cause to people and organizations in the process of administrative procedures settlement, it should be severely dealt with. Head of the agencies, units and sections will be fully charged to lead the implementation of this Plan.
This conference was aimed at materializing Directive No. 26/CT-TTg dated 05 September 2016 of the Prime Minister on the strengthening of regulations and disciplines in the state administatrative bodies at all levels; concretizing Directive No. 01/CT-UBND of the Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee on the implementation of the “Year of Administrative Disciplines”. The rectification and tightening of the administrative regulations and disciplines would help improve the quality and highten the prestige of the administrative apparatus. The renewal of working style and practice among cadres, civil servants, officers in public offices would make an important contribution to a radical change in the sense of responsibility for realization of the professional tasks, the servicing of people, behaviours and lifestyle.
