To deepen and broaden the promotion of two key Codes of Conduct among officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers across the capital, and to establish these practices as regular, ingrained habits, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports has issued Plan 495/KH-SVHTT. This plan outlines activities to promote adherence to the Code of Conduct for public officials within city agencies and the Public Code of Conduct across Hanoi’s public spaces in 2024.

Under this initiative, the Department of Culture and Sports will intensify public outreach for both Codes of Conduct by leveraging IT applications such as AI and social media platforms. Specifically, AI technology will be used to create podcasts that promote these conduct guidelines on digital news outlets and across electronic platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, radio, television, and official media channels. This approach will facilitate rapid, timely outreach and increase engagement with Code of Conduct content, thereby fostering public compliance across the city.

Additionally, the promotion of the Codes of Conduct will be expanded via E-Magazines. These digital publications, distributed through official media channels, Facebook, and other internet-connected platforms, will include engaging visuals, audio, and video. A photo book documenting the implementation of these conduct guidelines from the city level to grassroots communities will also be published, while attractive images supporting this campaign will be featured on the Department’s official website.

Notably, the Department will produce a documentary highlighting the results of the Code of Conduct implementation across the city from 2017 to 2024.

These promotional activities are also part of efforts to foster a competitive spirit in cultivating workplace culture, contributing to the successful achievement of socio-economic goals and celebrating the 70th anniversary of Hanoi’s Liberation (10/10/1954 – 10/10/2024).
