On November 29, the Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival 2024 opened at Unity Park. Throughout the three-day festival, booths consistently attracted many visitors eager to explore and experience the event.
The quintessential delicacies of Hanoi’s culinary landscape were showcased at the festival, featuring many signature specialties that have defined Hanoi’s gastronomic reputation, such as com cake, lotus tea, fried spring rolls, bun cha, and traditional candies. The cultural space dedicated to traditional craft village cuisine drew significant crowds of tourists interested in experiencing and shopping.
Multiple themed scenes were strategically placed in the festival’s central area, allowing visitors to comfortably take photos and create memories.
The festival’s program also included exhibitions and displays exploring the origins of Hanoi-style Pho, alongside comprehensive promotional activities highlighting Hanoi’s culture, tourism, and culinary traditions for domestic and international audiences.
During evening hours, visitors can enjoy Pho in the distinctive “Digital Pho” style. Those interested in experiencing major Hanoi pho brands and the “Digital Pho” tradition should visit Unity Park after 6 PM to savor this intangible cultural heritage of Hanoi residents.
