On the evening of November 29, the 2024 Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival and the Ceremony to Announce the Recognition of “Hanoi Pho” as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage officially opened at Thong Nhat Park, Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hai Ba Trung District. The event was attended by Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Tran Sy Thanh, Vice Chairwoman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Vu Thu Ha, along with representatives from various embassies, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Culinary Association, district leaders, and partner organizations.
As part of the program, the delegates enjoyed the distinctive taste of Hanoi Pho.

A major highlight of this year’s festival was the program titled “Pho So Ha Thanh” (Hanoi Digital Pho).
