The training course was held from November 21 to November 25, 2024. It was attended by 250 trainees, who are members of the singing and dancing clubs, as well as the poetry, music, and literature composition clubs under the City Cultural Center. These members are key figures in grassroots cultural movements and club members from affiliated branches.

The leadership of the City Cultural Center presented flowers to the participants of the Report Program on the Training Course

After one day of training (November 21), each participating club performed two outstanding items, in various genres including: Van singing, Cheo opera, Ca Tru, Xam, Folk songs, Dance-singing, Solo singing, Harmonica solo, Poetry recitation, etc. The performances were then reviewed and refined by Dr. Tran Vinh Khuong, a music lecturer at the Central University of Culture and Arts. He provided feedback on ways to improve the quality of the performances and training for the report program. Key suggestions included: club members should focus on the type of performance, ensure a clear artistic direction in language and choreography. The staging of an artistic piece should balance both the auditory and visual aspects. Dance should have a clear purpose and illustrate the intended imagery effectively.

Performers need to pay attention to their entrance and exit movements on stage. Each moment on stage is precious, so performers should prepare carefully and keep their movements as secretive as possible, creating surprise for the audience. A well-prepared performance will result in a more professional and quality stage presence. Each performer should master their movements so that the overall flow of the performance is seamless, enhancing the beauty and grace of the dance. The performance duration should not be too short; enough time should be given for the audience to appreciate and absorb the beauty of the piece. The quality of music is also crucial as it influences singing and dancing; hence, careful attention should be paid to the choice of music, ensuring the technical quality.
