Final Round of Hanoi’s Exemplary Cultural Hamlet and Residential Group Festival to Take Place Soon

On December 6, 2025, the Final Round of the Hanoi Exemplary Cultural Hamlet and Residential group Festival will be held at the Hanoi City Cultural Center and Library, with the participation of 20 outstanding hamlets and residential groups selected from the preliminary round.

Festival entries include one staged performance in an open format, showcasing participants’ talents and abilities. Each performance centers on themes of preserving, protecting, and promoting local traditional cultural values; celebrating hometown and nation; and communicating the significance and effectiveness of the movement to build cultural hamlets and residential groups in support of strong local development.

Situation-handling segment: Each hamlet or residential group will nominate one representative to draw a question or respond to a scenario posed by the jury. Participation by hamlet heads, residential group leaders, and representatives of local authorities and mass organizations, those directly involved in implementing and promoting cultural-hamlet initiatives, is encouraged. The Organizing Committee will provide scenario guidelines in advance to support preparation.

The jury will score performances on a 10-point scale to select and honor winners across the following awards: 02 First Prizes (01 hamlet, 01 residential group); 04 Second Prizes (02 hamlets, 02 residential groups); 06 Third Prizes (03 hamlets, 03 residential groups); and 08 Consolation Prizes.

In addition, five special awards will be presented: Best Stage Presentation; Most Creative Achievement Report; Youngest Participant; Oldest Participant; and Largest Participating Group.

The Organizing Committee will also commend 10 communes and wards for outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in the festival at the grassroots and city levels.
