The Steering Committee of the Topic “Building an urban cultural and civilized lifestyle in Hai Ba Trung district from 2016 through 2020” always closely follows the guiding spirit of the City Party Committee, City People’s Committee and Chapter Steering Committee. Along with that, the District’s Party Committee – People’s Council – People’s Committee, all levels, branches in the district as well as departments, agencies, unions, People’s Committees of 18 wards have developed plans, disseminated and implemented the construction of cultural and civilization lifestyle in the area, thereby achieving many remarkable results.
The behavioral culture of people has had a positive change from perception to behavior. There are no cases of domestic violence in the district; the rate of conflicts within families and between people in the neighborhood has decreased significantly. Along with that, the people of Hai Ba Trung district consciously and voluntarily act to build and promote the civilized and elegant lifestyle of Hanoi people; the seminar on improving the effectiveness of the Code of Conduct in public places is conducted in 100% of the residential groups, attracting a large number of grassroots officials and people to attend. Guide and deploy to 18 wards to organize propaganda models “Code of conduct of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies in Hanoi City” and “Code of Conduct in public places in the city” in Hai Ba Trung district.
The seminar had many discussions, most of them offer communication solutions to each household, each person in the area towards more effective implementation of measures to build an urban cultural and civilization lifestyle; codes of conduct in public places and bringing rules really into people’s lives, contributing to building fine cultural traditions of Hanoi people in general and people in Hai Ba Trung district in particular.
