The arts program “Hanoi always brightens the faith” was directed by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and performed by the Hanoi Cheo Theatre. Program director: People’s Artist Quoc Anh.
The program was elaborately and attractively choreographed with 12 shows with different types of music, from modern music to cheo, Van singing. These are the strengths of the artists and actors of the Hanoi Cheo Theatre in many art programs built over the years.
Hanoi always brightens the faith was opened with the song Flying up Thang Long Vietnam performed by Meritorious Artist Hong Nam and actors of Hanoi Cheo Theatre. Followed by modern music songs such as Legend of Sword Lake, Color of the Flag I Love, and a series of songs about Hanoi including Hanoi People, Going to Hanoi, Songs of Hanoi, potpourri: Hanoi’s beliefs and hope – Hanoi autumn.
The program was followed by cheo singing performances: Singing about the Fatherland today and Hanoi 67 years of liberation – 67 years of radiant pride.
In the next part, the audience will enjoy two songs: “Hanoi where to find home” and “The homeland of three regions” with attractive folk songs.
At the end of the program is a dance and singing performance: Singing about Hanoi.
The Hanoi art show “Hanoi always brightens the faith” had the participation of 4 singers who have been known through the Sao Mai contest: Bich Ngoc, Thu Thuy, Tien Hung, Minh Quan and many familiar artists belonging to Hanoi Cheo Theatre such as Quoc Phong, Meritorious Artist Viet Thang, Meritorious Artist Phuong May, Meritorious Artist Hong Nam and a group of actors and actresses of Hanoi Cheo Theatre.
Together with other art units such as Hanoi Cai Luong Theatre, Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, Hanoi Drama Theatre, Hanoi always brightens the faith of Hanoi Cheo Theatre is really a meaningful art program to celebrate the 67th anniversary.
