Speaking at the celebration, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Tran Thi Van Anh congratulated all staff, teachers and students of the school on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day; recognized and appreciated the results that teachers and students have achieved in recent years, especially overcoming difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain teaching and learning, making positive contributions to the overall performance of the Vietnamese sports delegation at the 31st SEA Games.

Comrade Tran Thi Van Anh, Deputy Director of the Department, advised that in the future, the school will maintain good teaching and learning work, prepare properly in all aspects to have athletes participate and achieve great achievements at the event. The 9th National Sports Congress would be held in December, as will the 32nd SEA Games in Cambodia in 2023…

Speaking at the celebration, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Anh – Principal of the school – expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, agencies, units, teachers, the former leaders, former officials and teachers of the school who have retired from the regime, and students’ parents who have consistently cared for, helped, and supported the school in all aspects, allowing the school to achieve more and more high results.
The Principal stressed, “This is an opportunity for us to meet and evaluate together the days of work and study that are packed with memories and feelings from our previous journey.” This is also an occasion to recognize and celebrate teachers’ and students’ successes in teaching and learning; it is an opportunity for children to express their gratitude to their teachers, continue to improve in their studies, nurture morality, assist friends, and obey their teachers….
“All teachers should promote their passion for their job and their pupils, put forth their best efforts and wisdom, make a constructive contribution to the school’s educational cause, and realize the wonderful mission: Cultivating people for young people, the next generation of capital sport players.” – declared the Principal.
On this occasion, at Hanoi High School for Gifted Physical Education and Sports, many meaningful and exciting activities took place such as: “Teaching well, studying well” competition in all grades, and the excellent teacher competition at school level and cultural and sports activities of teachers, staff and students.
At the celebration ceremony, the school organized awards to teachers and students who achieved high results in emulation movements and activities to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers’ Day 11/20.
