It is required to propagate the city’s investment in the construction, renovation, repair and upgrading of sports facilities serving the hosting of the 31st SEA Games and 11th ASEAN Para Games and other sports activities in Hanoi capital, combining with street embellishment, infrastructure, and mobilizing all classes of people to participate in building an increasingly elegant, civilized and modern Capital.
It is required to propagate activities of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports in selecting and training coaches and athletes, especially referees and executive officers of the city with full ethical qualities, ability and qualification to join the Vietnamese sports delegation with a high rate and Capital-worthy achievements in the competition at 31st SEA Games and the 11th ASEAN Para Games.
It is required to propagate the preparation, opening and closing ceremony, organization of the operation, reception, eating, resting, traveling of sports groups and international visitors, protection of political security, order and security of the whole society, assurance of health and prevention of epidemics.
